Quick Start

Open Settings and add your business details, pricing, and tax defaults.
Click Save Settings.
Fill in customer/job details and click Calculate Quote.

You usually only need to do setup once per device/browser.

Quote Actions

Copy Quote: copies a formatted quote ready to paste into messages or email.
Share Quote: opens your device share sheet (when supported).
Send via WhatsApp: opens WhatsApp with your quote pre-filled.
Save as PDF: prints a clean, client-ready quote PDF.
Preview customer message: review the exact message text before sharing.

Where are my settings saved?

Settings are saved in your browser on this device. If you use another device or browser, import your backup to restore everything.

Using on Mobile

Save the file to your device.
Open it in your preferred browser.
Recommended: add it to your Home Screen for quick access.
Use Share Quote, WhatsApp, or Copy Quote for fast sending.

Works fully offline once saved. No internet connection required.

Backups

Export creates a backup file (with version metadata) you can keep safe, restore later, or move to another device.

Import accepts both new and older backup formats.

Troubleshooting

If something looks wrong, refresh the page.
If settings do not save, check browser storage permissions or try a different browser.
If sharing is unavailable, use Copy Quote as a fallback.
If PDF includes browser URL/date, disable print Headers and footers.

Reset

Use Reset settings to return all settings to factory defaults on this device.

Backup and Restore

Export your settings to a file, then import them on any device.

All settings stay on this device unless you export and share a backup file.
